Lately there have been many reports of people having delivery issues on the new marketplace.
If you have this problem with one of our products don't worry! Please provide us with a transaction ID and the date and time of your purchase. And we will send you the product.
We are online mostly every day so you should get your product within 24 ours after contacting us if not sooner.
Do note that our IM´s get capped. The best way to contact us is by using the mailbox at the main store.
Please note: If you purchase is older then 26 days we do not re-deliver the product as there is no way for us to confirm your transaction.
